- Lead backend architecture and delivery for the core telehealth platform services in Go.
- Lead a team of backend developers, owning planning, code review, mentoring and delivery.
- Built TruDoc's Hospital at Home (HAH) platform for the Saudi (KSA) market, delivering remote monitoring and care for long-term and post-ICU patients on Go, MySQL, Redis and Docker Swarm.
- Designed and built a dedicated SSO service and a communication service on the same Go microservices stack.
- Built two WhatsApp care bots on n8n and the Wati API: Async Care, a doctor-consultation callback bot, and Chronic Refill, a medicine-refill bot for chronic patients.
- Introduced Redis-backed caching and Docker Swarm orchestration for scalable, resilient deployments.
